This Privacy Policy describes how Impasta (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App.

The App stores game data locally on your device using your device’s native storage capabilities. This includes:

- Local game history
C. User-Generated Content for AI Generation
If you use the “Custom Theme” feature or other dynamic content features, the text input you provide is sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini API) to generate game topics.
- Google Gemini API: We use Google’s Generative AI to create game content. Data sent to this API is subject to Google’s Google’s Generative AI terms and Privacy Policy. We do not send personal identifiers with these requests.
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to improve the functionality and security of our App:
- Google Gemini API: Used for generating dynamic game topics and content.
- Ionic Appflow / Live Updates: We may use Ionic’s services to deliver over-the-air updates to the App. This service may collect basic device information (like IP address and device ID) to ensure the correct update is delivered to your device.
- Security Tools (Altcha / Cloudflare Turnstile): We may use security verification tools to prevent bot abuse. These services may analyze your device’s interaction patterns solely for security purposes.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App.
- Generate game content based on your inputs.
- Deliver app updates and improvements.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent use.
4. Data Retention
- Local Data: Game history and settings stored on your device remain there until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- AI Requests: Text prompts sent to AI providers are transient and used to generate the immediate response. We do not permanently store these prompts on our own servers.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our App is a party game intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
